Use case 1

AirIonix was installed and tested in an industrial gas-cylinder maintenance and coating facility, integrated with an existing LPG-fired burner used in a thermal curing oven. The system was deployed as a retrofit, without any modification to the original burner or heating equipment. The field test was conducted over approximately four months, from October 2024 to February 2025, under normal operating conditions. Fuel consumption and system performance were monitored throughout the test period. The results showed an average energy reduction of 8.47%, demonstrating that AirIonix can improve combustion efficiency in real industrial environments and is suitable for broader industrial deployment.
