Combustion Optimization in Industrial Can-Manufacturing Oven

AirIonix was installed and tested in an industrial aluminum sheet processing facility, where it was integrated with an LPG-fired burner used for a thermal curing oven in the can-manufacturing process. The system was deployed as a retrofit without any modification to the existing burner or heating infrastructure. The field test was conducted over approximately six months, from February to August 2025, under normal production conditions with an LPG supply pressure of 120 mBar. System performance and fuel consumption were monitored continuously throughout the test period. The results showed an average energy reduction of 9%, confirming that AirIonix can improve combustion efficiency in continuous industrial heating applications and is suitable for deployment in metal processing and packaging manufacturing environments.
